The container ship is moored at Kwai Chung berth 14 (KC14). The port is now full as is other nearby ports Yantian and Shekou. Next port destinations Kaohsiung, Taipei, Los Angeles, Tacoma Ship History EVER LUCKY, a 8,452-TEU L-type container ship of Evergreen Line, was built at Samsung Heavy Industries shipyard and launched on 4th July 2014. It was the twentieth (20th) L-type vessel to be built by the Samsung yard and the ship is the 25th in the L series, with 10 L series ships built by CSBC in Taiwan. Ever Lucky is one of 30 L-type ships were planned as part of ship fleet modernisation in 2010. The ship was deployed on the Far East to West Coast service in 2014.
