Hand Spin Variations

I have been dying to break down hand spin moves for ya'll for over a month but the weather has not allowed me to be outside and these moves are too big to do in my house. So...today I got an hour and I ran out and did it as the sun went down. It's full of imperfections and I apologize for that but I am sharing it anyway because I'm trying to push through a creative block. Yes, I could have done it better but sometimes perfection is the enemy of "good enough". These three moves are: 1. The Eggbeater (also known as a Z-spin), 2. Palm Spins (a rhythmic gymnastics move that I love!!!) and 3. Hand Flips. (I called them hand spins in the video but really it's flipping around the hand from front to back then back to front.)
