After doing a compression test to determine the health of our 1965 Clark Cortez motorhome's engine (   • IS OUR ENGINE HEALTHY? How To Do a Dry and...  ), Andy and I found our spark plugs needed replacing. This seemingly simple job turned into much more though when we discovered a four-foot long snake curled under our dashboard! From here, we had a situation we never expected to be in while restoring our RV: How do we get a snake out of a motorhome? That answer -- well, you just have to hear it from L's uncle. Here, we purchased a rare 1965 Clark Cortez -- the first motorhome in America with front-wheel drive. We are working to renovate it -- doing all the work ourselves -- before we hit the road!
