Guest speaker: Ulrike Krewer Title: Growth and Decomposition of the SEI, and their Contribution to Thermal Runaway Ulrike Krewer is a full professor and head of the Institute for Applied Materials – Electrochemical Technologies at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Her group establishes and uses models from surface to cell level, as well as operando and dynamic analysis methods to reveal complex reactions, performance limitations and the degradation/state of cells and electrodes, and to optimize design and operation.
