Hey y'all! I wanted to make a brief video discussing my own experiences with therapy as a therapist while also sharing some insights on the benefits of engaging in therapy. The process can be deeply personal, transformational, and challenging, but can offer many positive benefits. I want to also acknowledge that this may not be a resource that we all want or need, which is OK too.
