SmartBuild 1.97 Release Notes Clear Panels —-- Sky light and Eave light panels can now be added to roofs and walls respectively —-- Sky light panels will automatically be shifted to the closest purlin locations at the top and bottom, and on the roof panel breaks at the left and right —-- Eave Light panels will always fall on the wall sheathing breaks for the start and stop —-- Clear panels can be added like any other Sheathing material —-- Colors can now have a level of transparency and applied to Sheathing materials Job tab tokens in Output Header lines —-- For any Drawing Output with custom header lines, a Job tab token can be used to automatically fill in job information in the Output’s header section —-- This works just like the Document Templates but the token is added in the Output Settings in the Header Line fields —-- This is only for Job tab tokens at this time (not other Job data tokens) Extra row of purlins for commercial lapping roofs —-- If ‘Add Purlins at Sheathing Laps’ is checked then a row of purlins will be placed at the lap where a roof length exceeds the Sheathing’s Maximum Length Bug Fix- Span table does not recognize Offset Down on Sheds Bug Fix- Wrap around porch Interior room walls moving / splitting Bug Fix- Porches Change Ceiling Height on Resync in some conditions Bug Fix- Payment Schedule Save Failure Bug Fix- Girt split at wrong location Bug Fix- The ridge board is missing if the user places an overhanging attached building with rafter framing along the gable side of the main building Bug Fix- Soffit Qty on Cantilever error when porch and main combine Bug Fix- A server error when re-enable eModeler for builder Bug Fix- The framing rules show Duplicate entries in the ‘Child’ and ‘GrandChild’ builder Bug Fix- Stud Frame and Cant Porch Opening Placement issue
