Cleveland weather forecast for Monday, February 16, 2026. The melting snow has also added a lot of moisture to our atmosphere--the combo will produce more fog tomorrow morning. The fog will be slow to burn off, but where it does we'll break into some sunshine and temps that push 50. Where the fog and low clouds linger, temps will likely hold in the 40s. Overall, spring-like temps will be common this week as a large storm system out west pushes our air out of the south in the east. We'll share in some of this warmer air this week with highs pushing into the 50s and even 60s. The push of warm air this week will be out ahead of a larger storm system that will bring a few rounds of rain through the week. The first round will arrive on Wednesday with another on Friday. The round of Friday will push through with colder air on the backside that will bring us back to reality this weekend with 30s and some snowflakes flying around.
