These temples are very old and got damaged by the huge current of mighty river Damodar post Indian freedom. Apart from that this place is full of long gray grasses which makes the place looks like mangrove forest. This is a paradise for historians, travelers and bird lovers. I had a boat ride in river Damodar to see those temples. Before that I had a train ride to Adra Junction from Purulia Jn followed by a three whiller ride to Telkupi. Here are the fares: 1.
