I see a load of videos where people explain what shifting is and how to do it even though they themselves haven't done it. In my opinion, it can be frustrating because you begin to lose hope since only a small percentage speak about their own experiences. I wanted to share my experience so that I could help inspire you all to not give up on shifting!
