In this video Nick & Gulen Smith of Steam Machine Brewing Company talk through the tasting notes and some of the processes used to create Three Exclusive Fellowship Of Beer bottles, and a brand new public release of a Steam Machine Beer. Most of the The Fellowship beers were suggested and voted by Fellowship Of Beer members. Their unique choices results in some amazing beers, including: -"What Do We Call This?" - A Speyside barrel-aged US-style barley wine, re-fermented with Brettanomyces. -"Sting In The Tail" - An Irish whiskey barrel-aged honey braggot - a follow up to the braggot that members voted for earlier in the year. -"Gatherers' Oath" - A result of our community brew day, where members provided hedgerow fruit from all over the country, adding it to this Imperial Baltic Porter. -"I Only Came For A Barshift" - A dark English Barley Wine, and the last beer brewed for (and suggested by) Phil from our brew team.
