D13 VOLVO IPS with a 24 knot max (std); IPS 1350, 24 / 27 knots (opt) 3 Cabins. Full beam Master. Much like the larger wallywhy150 and wallywhy200 models, the wallywhy100 establishes a strong connection between the outside and inside: the Wally team doubled down on a one-level, stern-to-bow approach. This results in a hybrid area on the main deck level which can either be enjoyed closed or fully open to enable relaxed al-fresco dining. Luca Bassani, Wally’s founder and chief designer said: "The closed cockpit is pushed far forward to provide space for inside/outside living which gives thewallywhy100 an eye-catching, sleek but still aggressive look." An alternative fresco living spot can be found on the foredeck, where there is a multi-use lounge with an elevated table that can be raised or lowered to form a seating area or sunpad zone. At the stern, there is a 14 square meter beach club area completed by its enormous folding wings that increase the space by almost 50%. The beach area is home to a swim ladder for easy access to the water, as well as a hydraulic platform that can launch and retrieve tenders up to 3.6 metres in length. Six guests can be accommodated across three cabins, and in a departure from the style of the larger models, the master cabin is located aft. It features smart glass that can be fully transparent or completely opaque depending on its use. On the same deck, there is a port side VIP cabin and a twin on the starboard, both with dedicated en suites and large windows. There is further accommodation for crew, which can be accessed via the main deck and lower deck without crossing the guest spaces. For propulsion, Wally has opted for a twin D13 Volvo IPS configuration with cruising speeds of 24 knots and top speeds of more than 27 knots in the upgraded IPS1350 specs. Bassani said: “Thanks to its innovative design, the wallywhy100 is a ‘jack of all trades’. It is a spectacular day or weekend boat for those who want to use it as a support vessel for their larger yacht, but at the same time, its ample cabins, generous crew quarter and relaxation areas, as well as garage and toy storage capacity make it the perfect vacation home away from land.”
