Blackbushe Heritage Trust Restoration of G-AGRW. 2024 Part 2

Throughout 2024 the restoration of the aircraft continued. Trustee Pat Marchant travelled back to Bad Voslau Airport to collect the last two parts that couldn't fit on the lorries in 2023. The inner wing sections were finally home and reunited with the rest of the airframe. As a project Blackbushe Heritage Trust is about more than just restoring one of the first post war civilian aircraft. As a charity the need to raise funds is important and many volunteers carry out other activities. One of these is running a small shop and History Hub which was set up in the building adjacent to the Heritage Hangar. More activities and events will be covered in later videos.
