25.2 is a REPEAT of 22.3! AND... ya gotta post the good and the BAD. This is the bad, for me. I 100% expected to do better than my 2022 run...which was 10:16. Sometimes you get punched in the face. I broke it up more, earlier this time and thought I was doing great as I finished the 2nd round almost 30 seconds first than I did in 2022. But BMU's weren't working and my heart rate wouldn't slow down. I BLEW UP. I couldn't hold onto the bar and I couldn't do BMU's. I crawled through it and was able to finish just under the cap, but I was significantly slower than 2022.
