This clinical case shows a socket preservation procedure after the extraction of a central lower incisor using a graft harvested from the tuberosity. The goal of the technique is to preserve the ridge volume before rehabilitation with a Maryland bridge. The patient lost the lower central incisor due to periodontal disease. In order to avoid an important collapse of the soft tissues, a small piece of connective and epithelial tissue was harvested from the tuberosity with a surgical punch, its size slightly larger than the outline of the alveolus. The graft was finally stabilized with sutures and PeriAcryl Oral Tissue Adhesive, to ensure the stability and predictability of the procedure.
