Teen dating violence is a problem that can have serious negative impacts on young peoples' emotional and physical wellbeing, and research suggests that 1 in 3 Canadian youth** may be experiencing some form of dating violence. That's why we've brought in Research Scientist and PREVNet's Executive Director, Dr. Liz Baker, to talk about a recent study she helped conduct that explores how social power dynamics contribute to dating violence among teens. She shares what the data reveals about risk factors for experiencing and/or using dating violence, and what caring adults can do to help.
