Welcome to HurryUpPinball - a show where I teach you how to work on your pinball machine. This tutorial will teach you how to build a set of pinball playfield lights using basic tools (no soldering required). It takes about 30 minutes to build 1 set of lights and another 30 minutes to install the lights in the pinball machine. I will be posting a separate video of the installation process. Below is a parts list for building these lights and you will have some extra materials for your next set of light (magnetic tape, corner guard, double sided tape). Some of the items are not available in smaller quantities so you will have some extra materials for your second set of lights. The cost to build these lights is roughly $65 a set (when not factoring in the extra materials for your second set of lights). Thanks for stopping by and if you liked this video, be sure to hit the subscribe button. Be sure to follow HurryUpPinball for news about upcoming tutorials. If you prefer the LOS sensor, here is the link): https://a.co/d/bRQY5qR (Optional add-on) You can add the sensor below to your order if you want to use your phone to control the lights vs. the remote - trust me, it’s way better than the remote. If you want to ditch the remote and not worry about line of sight to the sensor that comes in the kit, order this sensor to gain access to 16 million color choices through the magic home phone app. When setting up the lights in the app, press and hold the lights you are setting up in the magic home app - select change device type, and change the device type from RGBW to RGB&W. This will allow you to controller the colored lights and white lights independently. If you don’t change this setting, only the colored lights will turn on Smart Wireless Wi-Fi Controller... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QG7HCZG?
