This was a job i did a few months ago now repairing a old roof dormer that was in a sorry state and had a few botch jobs from other "roofers". I got stuck in and made the dormer water tight by covering all angles; new lead soakers, shiplap cladding to the side of the dormer and also fitted a new rubber roof to the top. Been totally water tight ever since. I hope it may give you a few good tips on any similar repairs needed.
