A Pro Brewer Changed my Mind: Why I'll Never Use Fermcap-S Again

I was brewing at KoMANA Brewing Co with my club when the owner dropped some knowledge that made me worry about using Fermcap-S ever again. I decided to dig in and learn as much as I could. With this, we're reviving a 15-year-old argument, because it deserves attention! Some information James provided in addition to what's in the video: Most small breweries do not have the budget to filter or centrifuge their beer. If they aren't filtering or centrifuging, using Fermcap-S is NOT okay. This is about responsibility as brewers whether commercial, or homebrewers and protecting ourselves as well as those who trust us to have their best interests in mind. There is negligence and ignorance in the craft beer industry around this topic and as James, the owner of KoMANA has informed me, even the Brewers Guild does not have adequate literature on this subject.
