Spent four unforgettable days at Daios Cove, Crete — one of the most beautiful corners of Crete, Greece - Mediterranean. From the end of April into early May, this was a true slow travel escape: calm mornings, sun-soaked views, and food that still makes me dream about it. We stayed in the new The Collection Junior Suite, a perfect sanctuary overlooking the sea. Every detail — from the design to the light — invites you to pause and breathe. Daios Cove isn’t just about looks & aesthetics and food. The hotel has one of the best gyms I’ve ever seen, complete with a tennis court and wellness spaces that actually make you want to train. And then there’s the food — fresh, locally sourced, and served with so much heart. Probably one of the best Mediterranean cuisine I’ve ever had in a resort.
