Settling into our sense of the body--which is always in the present moment--is an entry point for working with emotional mind states such as fear, grief, worry and anger. As the Buddha said, ”If the body is not cultivated, the mind cannot be cultivated. If the body is cultivated, then the mind can be cultivated."
