Spike and Tyke are told by their owners George and Joan whom are leaving the house for the night to guard the place while they are gone and not let anyone in the house, but Butch calls his friends to visit. The minute the three cats started sneaking into the house, Spike scares them out of the house, followed by Tyke biting Lighting with him saying "Is this your kid ?". Spike tells Tyke that's my boy. Meathead, Lightning and Topsy then attempt to sneak into the house past Spike and Tyke, all ending in failure: 1. Lightning is using the rope up a tree but Spike pushes the chimney to the window and causes Lightning to crash into it. 2. Topsy's slingshot but Spike Safe and Homerun Strike. 3. Meathead uses the ladder then Spike gets off and Meathead jump to the roof but caused the whole Roof to be pulled. 4. Topsy rides on an paper airplane to the window but Spike turned uses a lighter and cause the paper airplane to be on fire as disintergrate and causes Topsy to plummend the ground hard as his paracute activates too soon. 5. Lightning laucnches Meathead to the window, Butch uses the net to catch him, but Spike cuts the net and Meathead ends up landing in the trashcan and launched the trashcan to Lightning which they both cat but end up being in the trashcan 6. Butch uses the in the window, which indicates to Meathead to try bigger, Lightning digs underground to the house, unfournutrly Spike is underground as well, and Spike bites his arm to his two friends looking his misfoutune. 7. Later the three cats ride their bike into the house but they go through the house in high speed knocking down the fence door Spike and Tyke try blocking, to the point Butch runs to block the doors in the house, the three went through the house and try to stop but resulting in the cat going to ground and turn to dust, Spike brushes the dust to a trashcan, as there eyes are seen. Finally, Meathead and Lightning then pose as Joan and George, with Topsy hidden in their luggage. While Spike falls for their tricks, Tyke is not fooled as he bits "George", and Spike, thinking that Tyke is biting their master butt, apologizes for his son's actions, claiming that Tyke is young, inexperienced, and doesn't know what he's doing, and as Spike tells Tyke to let go of "George"'s pants, the clothing rips off, revealing that they're the cats in disguise. Butch notices this from inside, and flees, along with the other cats up a tree, as both Spike and Tyke chase them, followed by Tyke biting Lighting's butt again "This you're kid ?". As they run back to the tree, the cats eat enjoy their sandwiches as Lightning admits that Spike is a swell watch dog and Tyke is a chipoff the old block, as the two dogs are proud of themselves, Spike says that's my boy to Tyke.
