(*My apologies for being out of frame at the bottom in the beginning of this video. If you require any assistance or details constructing with the kit you purchased just email or pm me - I’d be happy to try helping you out.) This talking tutorial is intended to be a guideline for those that purchase my kit “Ma Petite Pochette Paris” debuting at the Boho Southern Magnolia retreat in North Carolina 2025. The following is a list of supplies included in the kit (with some variations): vintage damask linen napkin beige lace chantilly edge panel blush corded lace panel 2.5” antique lace x 18 inches peach narrow antique lace x 18 inches mini crochet vintage doily avocado dyed cheesecloth DMC cotton perle threads in 3 colors 2 vintage pearl buttons crinkled seam binding for ties x 1 yard 2” wide beige lace x 1 yard 1” wide cream antique lace polka dot blush fabric stamped x Paris large white lace/pearl vintage applique vintage pearl trim piece 3 cream vintage mini doilies antique lace collar antique peach applique vintage cream flower applique The above can be substituted for whatever supplies you prefer or have on hand. To make 4 fold Pochette you will need to cut 2 large pieces approximately 16”x7” (from napkin) for the front and back. You can insert a piece of fabric or stiffening in between the 2 layers if preferred. Cut I band (from napkin) about 16”x3” for your pocket. Layer front and inside cover pieces with lace. Add lace to pocket if desired. It’s best to baste front and back together before machine stitching. Sew quadrant fold sections evenly through all layers. Add embellishments as desired. Completed Pochette reveal with ephemera can be found in a subsequent video. Thanks for watching!!
