Colocasia Jack's Giant Growing for Over One Full Year | Watch It Grow in Spring, Die Back in Winter

The Colocasia Jack's Giant is a very large Elephant Ear plant with huge green leaves. It dies almost back to the ground every winter. The leaves turn brown and die and I have to cut them off. By winter there are only a few stalks left standing. It grows back strong during the spring and summer. This is the longest that I've filmed a plant in my garden, for over a full year.
