Hope you enjoy your homemade burger in your next camping trip! 👍Please kindly subscribe to ‘Hello Julie’. / @hellojulie80 ***Ingredients for 15 mini Burgers (appx. 8~10 regular burgers) Mini burger buns Lettuce 4T butter Heinz’s Burger sauce (or mayonnaise or ketchup) Whole-grain mustard Cheese 2 onions For patties: 500g ground beef 500g ground pork 3T bread crumbs 2 eggs 2 Green onions (white part only) 1/2T salt 2T sugar 2T Mirin 3T minced garlic 2T soy sauce 1T black pepper *How to make: Slice the onions in 1cm Finely chop the green onions Slice the tomatoes in 0.5cm Pat the meat with dry paper to remove any excess blood Mix all the patty ingredients and shape them into round patties Toast the burger buns in butter pan Pan-fry the onions with oil until golden brown (+butter,salt,pepper) Cook the patties with butter in mid heat (cover the lid in low heat) Spread whole-grain mustard in one side, and Heinz’s burger sauce on the other side Assemble the burgers (Lettuce-Onion-patty-cheese-tomato) and pin in the center (add ketchup as optional) Thank you for watching!
