I take on the challenge of making a complete English breakfast in just one pan with minimal oil—trust me, it was no easy task! This hearty meal includes two perfectly fried eggs, juicy sausages, crispy bacon, grilled tomatoes, baked beans, golden hashbrowns, toast, and mushrooms sautéed with garlic. It’s the ultimate breakfast delight, packed with flavors and textures. What made this cook even more special is the Stahl Blacksmith Hybrid series pan that I used—India’s first lightweight cast iron cookware! You’ve seen me use this in so many of my videos, and I always get asked about it. It’s stick-resistant, rust-resistant, and honestly, one of the best pans I’ve cooked with. Perfect for festive season cooking, and if you want to check it out, I’ve shared the link below. Don’t forget to use my coupon code NEHALKARKERA for an additional discount! Recipe 👇🏽 Ingredients: • 4 slices of bacon • 2 chicken sausages (scored for crispiness) • 2 eggs • 2 hashbrowns • 1 slice of bread (for toast) • 1 tomato (halved) • 100g mushrooms (sliced) • 2 garlic cloves (sliced) • 1 can of baked beans • Salt and pepper (to taste) • Fresh parsley (for garnish) Instructions: 1. Cook the Bacon Heat your pan over medium heat. Add the bacon slices and cook slowly, letting the fat render out. Fry until crispy, then remove and set aside. Pour the rendered bacon fat into a small bowl (you should have about 2–2.5 tablespoons of fat). 2. Fry the Sausages In the same pan with the remaining bacon fat, add the chicken sausages. Fry until golden brown and crispy, especially on the scored edges. Remove and set aside. 3. Sauté the Mushrooms Add a bit of bacon fat back into the pan and fry the sliced garlic until golden. Then add the mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Sauté on high heat until the mushrooms are browned. Finish with a sprinkle of parsley. Set aside. 4. Fry the Eggs Use a small amount of the remaining bacon fat to fry the eggs. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until the edges are crispy and golden. Set aside. 5. Cook the Hashbrowns In the same pan, heat the hashbrowns until they are crispy and golden on both sides. Remove and set aside. 6. Toast the Bread With a few drops of the bacon fat left in the pan, toast the bread slice until golden and crispy. 7. Caramelize the Tomato Place the halved tomato cut-side down in the pan and cook until it develops a nice charred color. 8. Warm the Baked Beans In a small saucepan, heat the baked beans with a splash of water until warm. 9. Assemble On a plate, arrange the fried eggs, crispy bacon, golden sausages, sautéed mushrooms, hashbrowns, toast, and caramelized tomato. Serve with the warm baked beans on the side. . . . . . #EnglishBreakfast #OnePanRecipe #BreakfastIdeas #StahlCookware #CastIronCooking #EasyBreakfast
