This week was all about slowing down and focusing on my health 🤍 I’ve been recovering from a stubborn cold, the kind with a cough that just won’t leave. I finally got my bloodwork done which took two visits to LifeLabs because my veins are so small something I’ve always dealt with. Even with that, I tried to keep the week gentle and enjoyable. I did pilates, went for a massage, and shopped for new gym fits (still on the hunt for tall friendly workout pants). S/O to @chinutay her brand Rumluh has the best gymwear for tall girls! Despite being in recovery mode, I couldn’t resist my sweet cravings Demetres (if you’re from Toronto, you already know) and my favourite coffee spot, Kunafani, were definitely highlights. This vlog is a reminder that healing isn’t linear, and sometimes the most productive thing you can do is slow down.
