Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well. Today’s video touches a very emotional topic. Over a year ago, I went through something very similar to what the foal did in this video, during that time period, the world felt gray to me. I was beaten up mentally by the negativity others threw at me in real life. It felt stressful to even think about it. I lost interest in all the things I used to love doing, I lost motivation, I hid myself constantly and sometimes couldn’t even get out of my room. I tried seeking for help but refused to open up about how I really feel, all I got told was: “What’s wrong with you?” Or “I don’t know what to do anymore” hearing those words, It was heartbreaking. I’ve wanted to give up countless times, but I kept going, even when things got so hard. I eventually moved to a new place with my family In summer 2021, and began my healing journey. It has now been over a year, I am in a better place. Looking back at the past, I am so happy that I kept going, that I got the chance to see the light, and I hope this video brings you the motivation to do so as well.
