Download from Fly Away Simulation here: https://flyawaysimulation.com/downloa... This scenery package is a representation of "Locher" airfield, a private grass field in the Trentino (or South Tyrol) area, close to the town of Sarentino (or Sarnthein, or Sarntal) in northern Italy. Also very close/sharing the border with Austria. Developed by Vassilios Dimoulas for Microsoft Flight Simulator X and Prepar3D. This airfield is such a fun and challenging airfield with intense landings and take-offs in the surrounding Alps mountain range. The airfield also includes a small hangar area where you can "garage" your aircraft and resume flights once you wish. Also included in the package is complete photoreal coverage surrounding close proximity to the airfield along with a custom mesh pack to make the area look more mountainous and close to real life. Along with custom buildings, rock formations along with a fully sloped taxiway and overhead power cables in the valley, this developer really has thought of it all. This is a real-life airfield and you can watch a real-life landing, tips and other useful information here: • Locher Sarentino Airfield Landing Guide The closest airport available in the sim is Bolzano (LIPB). The file is released as freeware which means it is free to download and use. This video was created in P3Dv4 (v4.5). Compatible with all versions of FSX including the Steam Edition and compatible with all versions of Prepar3D including v4. Tested (and confirmed) in v4.5.
