DIY Jam Jar Pulse Jet - How To Make a REAL Jet Engine

In this video, I’ll show you how to make a real Pulse Jet Engine out of a simple jam jar or pasta jar. It didn’t go quite as I expected it to but I learned a lot from it. Materials: A mason/jam jar/pasta jar. A drill A fuel source like isopropyl alcohol, methyl alcohol, or even NITRO FUEL A long barbecue lighter PPE such as gloves and goggles A shallow container to fill with ice water And of course, a fire extinguisher Instructions: 1. Drill a ⅜’ or 10mm hole on your lid. 2. Fill your jar with (a small amount of) fuel 3. Cover the hole and shake that jar 4.
