The reception staff welcomed us warmly at the entrance and explained that appropriate attire was required. They kindly provided my wife with traditional Muslim attire, including a head covering, ensuring we could explore this sacred site respectfully. Hospitality at Its Best While waiting in the reception area for our guided tour, we were offered hot tea and water—a thoughtful gesture highlighting the generosity and warmth of the Bahraini people. The comfortable waiting area allowed us to take in the beauty of our surroundings and prepare for what was to come. An Engaging Guided Tour Soon after, Miss Susa, our guide, arrived to take us on an English-language tour of the mosque. A dedicated volunteer, she explained that she visits the mosque every week to share its history and significance with visitors. Miss Susa's vast knowledge and friendly demeanour made the tour engaging and enriching. She walked us through the mosque's expansive, towering minarets and intricate calligraphy, sharing stories about its history and cultural importance.
