Wil Opstals – Vocal & Electric Guitar Grew up musically as a member of The Daltons, a garagerock/guitarrock band from Udenhout (the Netherlands). Started out playing bass, but after a while thought singing and playing guitar would give a greater kick. There where a lot of highlights, Paradiso, Paaspop Schijndel, final at NCRV’s Popslag and two tours in the south of France. Opened for the Replacements, Green, Naked Prey and The Beat Farmers. The end of the Daltons in 1992 was the start of many bands to follow. The Daydreamers, The Moon, Wilburg, Songbelt and Sleepwater to name a few. Still playing in CounTrees and 92 On Acre. Songwriter from the start, wrote 400+ songs, recorded about 10 albums and a few singles. Gorage Rules! Dirk van Veldhoven – guitar Learned as a kid to play the violin but decided as a teenager that it was more fun to sing in an experimental punkband. Started playing guitar in the early eighties and played in several punkrock bands including Maniaworks and The Hufters before becoming singer/guitarist and frontman of garagepunkers Nervous Boys in the nineties. Highlights were gigs in Melkweg, Doornroosje, 013 and Willemeen and a minitour in the Czech Republic. Opened for New Bomb Turks, Mudhoney, Zen Guerilla, The Dickies and Peter Pan Speedrock. Last band before joining Gorage was Rocket 75, that started out as a punkrock band but ended up playing fifties rock'n'roll and gigged mainly in pubs. Edwin Paanakker - Bass As a young teenager started out in a rock’n’roll band as a guitarplayer. In the early 80ties played guitar in progrockband AMAE and later HGPS and Geilenbach (glamrock) with which he played a lot of gigs including “De grote Prijs van Nederland”. Playing bass already since the 80ties. Especially fretless bass. In the 90ties joined Blue Star as a bass player. With that band he did a tour through the USA. Playing SxSW festival 1993. Released 2 singles (1 in the USA NoD records) and a CD. The last band before Gorage was Sleepwater (Wil played there as well but not at the same time) Edwin is also a luthier. And was the live sound engineer for The Daltons. Jeroen van den Brink - Drums I learned playing the drums during High School in a schoolband. Later in the eighties we formed guitarrockband the Shooting Skippies, at that time we were inspired by punkrockbands like the Stooges, New York Dolls, Sex Pistols and later garagerockbands like the Nomads and the Cramps influenced our sound. We did a lot of gigs mainly in clubs and pubs in the Netherlands, Belgium and a few in France. We did openingsacts for Claw Boys Claw, Fatal Flowers and others and did live radioperformances. At that time I also played in cultband Hak Hak Hak, a band that played very diverse musicstyles, had an extravagant appearance and chaotic performance. Later I joined rockband Fatburger for a couple of years. After some years of "radio silence" we formed the band Quatz in 1999 and I picked up my drumsticks, now we are still together and play so now and then.
