Story time! Unfortunately, I did not attend this show, but James filmed behind the scenes footage of the Madison Square Garden concert on December 7th, 1994. While riding in the tour bus arriving in New York, the bus driver had to slam on the brakes to avoid a collision. NIN's guitar player, Robin Finck, fractured his finger and was unable to play. After a meeting with management, it was decided to postpone the concert and reschedule for the next day. Representatives from each group went to the stage to update the audience and they were not happy. James has a conversation with Helen, one of the many hardworking roadies on the Self Destruct tour. Since I was not there in person, I will relay the facts as James told them to me.
