AMAZING FREE PARK UP IN SPAIN! - with a SWIMMING POOL! | VAN LIFE

Our campervan roadtrip through Spain continues, as we discover the perfect free park up in the Spanish countryside, the pretty village of Relleu outside Benidorm, with the most breathtaking scenic views. We explore an ancient castle and are amazed to find a swimming pool, toilets and drinking water all on the same site - ideal for vanlife! Best of all, it's absolutely free! This place was a dream location for anyone with a home on wheels looking for a wild camp with a view! We are incredibly grateful to the community of Relleu (pronounced in an entirely different way to how I (Dan) first say it in the video, which I attempt to correct via voiceovers), and although we debated about sharing it, we decided it was okay as ultimately it can be found on the Park4Night app, so it's no secret. We can't be responsible for the behaviour of others who create problems - if that's going to happen, it's likely going to happen anyway, not because they stumbled upon our YouTube video. We hope if people do come here, they treat it with respect and, if possible, put some money back into the village. We bought at the local store, had a few drinks in a local bar, and ate out at one of the restaurants at night. Of course we can't do this everywhere we stop, it's just not financially possible, as it isn't for most people, but it certainly helps keep us van dwellers in the "good books" potentially if we do give a little back, as and when we can. This spot is just too good to lose. There is an old castle ruin to explore right on site and the views as the sun sets are out of this world across the rocky landscape. The village itself is just a 5 minute walk, though you do have to go up and down a fairly steep hill/steps. Also, we get a rare treat where Stephen takes himself off on a little vlogging trek! I'm so happy he did this, and I personally think he's brilliant at it (and very coherent unlike myself who rambles and stumbles a lot!) so I think we should see more of this in future with any luck!
