As a facilitator, it's easy to put pressure on yourself and assume that you are completely responsible for what happens in that space. I'm here to remind you that it's not the case. When setting the scene for your workshop, it can be helpful to share your expectations with participants and let them know that you are only partly responsible for what happens in the room. I use a simple framework and invite participants to take a B.E.T. on themselves.
