Hygiene Food for Healthy Life. The importance of hygienic food is very important for leading a healthy life. Foods that provide the body with all the essential nutrients. Such foods prevent diseases. Increases physical strength. These are called health foods. Some important principles and types of food are described. These foods are hygienic: 1. *Balanced intake of various nutrients* "Protein": meat, fish, eggs, pulses, and nuts. "Carbohydrates": barley, wheat, rice, and potatoes. "Fats": healthy oils (olive, coconut), butter, and nuts. "Vitamins and Minerals": Fresh fruits, vegetables, and dairy products. 2. *Fruits and Vegetables* Eat a variety of fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. They are rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Nutrients make the body strong. Improves digestion. 3. *Amount of Water* It is important to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day. Water helps flush out toxins from the body. Water makes the skin clean and beautiful. Water keeps the skin fresh. 4. *Avoid Processed and Junk Food* Avoid fast food, soft drinks, chips, and sugary snacks. These foods add extra calories to the body. These foods can increase the risk of obesity, diabetes and heart disease. 5. *Eat in moderation* Control food intake. Avoid overeating. Eat according to your body's needs. Do not eat more than you are hungry. 6. *Make breakfast a must* Start the day with a balanced breakfast. Breakfast provides energy throughout the day Breakfast keeps the metabolism active. 7. *Be mindful of mealtimes* Eat at regular times. Avoid late night meals. Eat at least 2-3 hours before going to bed. These points are essential for a healthy life. By following them, you can improve your health.
