Mestia, Georgia - chill out, relaxing drone footage of a magnificent winter wonderland

Last month I spent some time in beautiful Mestia in the Caucasus Mountains of Georgia.The snow covered landscape with the majestic, jaw-dropping mountain views and the beautiful, old stone towers made for an incredible scene. I took my drone out a few times to try to capture the beauty and majesty of it all - obviously the towers were my favorite. The San towers were built as defensive dwellings in the northwest region of Svaneti, Georgia. The oldest ones date back to the 8th or 9th century, the newest was built in the 18th century.
