First of all am very thankful to you For giving me 10 minutes from your valuable time . Here in this video i have made an full automatic egg incubator in wood box . Here i have used automatic egg turning tray BY an motor . Motor need timer to rotate eggs . I have seen alot of comments that chicks or died die in egg after 18 days . actually this problem happened due to low of humidity . Low humidity cause hardness of egg shell and chick cannot break that shell . to resolve that problem here i have used an humidifier and connect that with controller which turn on the humidity maker when humidity below the 50 . The material required to make this AUTOMATIC INCUBATOR IS MENTIONED BELOW : Automatic eggs turning tray Timer for Turning tray Humidifier with 24 adopter Humidity and temperature controller 2 bulbs of 100watts wires holders 12v adopter for Thermostat 12v DC Fan I have mentioned all the material required to make this automatic egg incubator . if u have any question regarding to this material or full video u can comment me . = Setting Set temperature 37.7 and difference of 0.2 . which mean bulbs are on at 37.5 and off at 37.7 . set humidity 60 and difference of 10 . Set timer of 90 minutes which means egg shall rotate after every 90 minutes . = Caution Stop rotating eggs at day 18 and lockdown the eggs from tray . keep humidity upto 60 at last 3 days . do not open humidity again and again .
