Exploring an over 100 year old abandoned very decayed hotel in Switzerland

Old very decayed "Hotel de la gare", or also "Hotel Bahnhof" in Switzerland. The building was listed in a directory of hotels already in 1872, at around the same time, when the construction of the nearby Gotthard Railway began. The construction of the Gotthard Railway led to growth in the town, and a significant expansion of hotels and infrastructure. The Gotthard Railway opened in 1882. It is not sure, when the building was exactly built. It was already a hotel in 1872, but other sources are saying, it was built in about 1880-1890. Possibly, there was a smaller building before, and the larger hotel was built later. The hotel was listed around 1900 in several hotel directories, as a good and "well visited" hotel... ...but in 1914, the heyday of tourism came to an abrupt end, mainly due to the outbreak of the First World War. A document shows, that the hotel (and other ones in the same city) was publicly auctioned off on 19th December 1919 due to bankruptcy. Foto of document at 12:15 . It is unclear how the building was used afterwards; some sources say that the hotel rooms were converted into apartments, while others report that it was later operated as a hotel again. After further changes of ownership, the hotel apparently stood empty for decades, except for minor temporary uses, and slowly but surely fell into disrepair. Also Urban Explorers reported already over 10 years ago, that everything is decayed and it would be dangerous to enter the building. That's the reason, why I was only able to explore the ground floor...
