What comes after the console-like “chat” interface is a new interaction stack that turns conversations, decisions, and expertise into living, actionable organizational intelligence. We’ll explore how AI moves from tacit knowledge and discussions to operations, and connect that to enterprise-scale delivery: how platforms operationalize everyday AI through governed collaboration, GenAI and agent capabilities, so teams can deploy at scale without losing control. We’ll discuss adoption and value creation, hybrid approaches, and what “trust” really means when AI starts shaping decisions. We’ll also tackle the future of work and learning: how roles evolve, how expertise is transmitted, and how to keep humans firmly in charge of judgment.
