Ridge and Brooke make love and decide to elope. Brooke worries about Nick and goes to see him. Nick realizes she and Ridge are back together and tries to hide his feelings upon hearing this. Lt. Baker arrives to help Rick, Macy, and Deacon locate Amber. Deacon leaves with the police to try to track her down. Macy tells an upset Rick that she and Deacon will never trust Amber after this stunt. Amber asks Joe and Tilly, Becky’s parents, for help. Joe assures Amber he will do whatever it takes to make sure Deacon doesn’t get his hands on little Eric. Meanwhile, the Furnace Creek police have found Amber’s car and alerted Lt. Baker and Deacon as to where she is.
