After 3 years, we finally get back to the motherland - Champagne! We visit several of our beloved champagne partners and this month is a feature on two of the highlights of many. It was genuinely hard to pick, but we had to decide. First up is the house of Perrier-Jouët located on the Avenue de Champagne in Epernay and their classic and distinguished Blanc de blancs. The visit took place at their astonishing 'Maison Belle Epoque' which is a living art exhibition showing every type of Art Nouveau from the Belle Epoque era. We then darted across to the Marne Valley to visit an extraordinary winemaker by the name of Cedric Mousse based in the beautiful village of Cuisles. We discover Cedric's philosophy, uncover his family history and his obsession with the relationship between Pinot Meunier and Green Clay. Thank you for watching, enjoy the show.
