Where Have I Been? Mental Health Update: My most recent break down

If you guys follow me on Instagram (@rosebuds_hi) you know that this past month has been very rough for me & I've had a few triggering events happen to me. In my time away from social media and taking time to heal I reminded myself that I started my business and platform to be more transparent with my mental health to help black women & people of color who may be suffering silently from various mental health conditions and to educate and advocate for cannabis use. With that reminder, I was motivated to record and utilize everything that I have within me to do just that and to have an open and honest moment with you guys. I used this time to record & connect with you guys as part of my therapy, so I hope you guys like this video.
