In this video I show you how to make the easiest oil free vegan naan. I came up with this recipe after I couldn't find an oil/fat free vegan naan that didn't require a whole lot of steps. Ill post the recipe below. I lost 40 lbs in 11 months when I switched to a high starch, low fat plant based diet. I read the book "The Starch Solution" by Dr. John Mcdougall and it has forever changed my life. Not only did I lose 40 lbs but I also got rid of cystic acne, bad blood pressure, prediabetes, and bad cholesterol. I also had many female health issues going on that completely reversed after eating this way. Im sharing my journey and how I did it. Please subscribe to stay tuned. you can find me on instagram @Plantifulkiki and FB: at Plantiful Kiki Oil Free Vegan Naan: 3.5 cups flour (white or whole wheat) 1 tsp garlic pwdr 1/4 tsp salt (optional) 2 1/4 tsp rapid rise yeast or 1 packet 1/3 cup apple sauce 1 cup very warm water mix ingredients adding a little more flour if needed until the dough comes together. Kneed for 5 minutes then cover and let rest 10 minutes. Uncover and shape into a ball and cover and let rise for 1 hr. Punch down dough and form balls that fit into palm of hand. Roll out on floured surface making them thin, then run them through a dish of water and put on a hot nonstick pan or griddle...flipping when brown. serve warm and enjoy!!
