I always thought i was more of Type A person - i love setting goals, am competitive and like to have a plan but sometimes (and for certain things) i prefer to go with the flow & find having a strict routine suffocating. I've seen this defined on TikTok as the new "Type C" personality but after a quick google search, i think that definition was just made up to class a hybrid Type A/B person because Type C means something different than what i had thought.... When your a bit of both, its hard to know when and what you should have structure & routines around to be most productive. For example - some repetition in my morning routine helps (avo toast all day, every day) but I also love deciding the night before what i'll do for my workout...let's unpack it!
