Pull the fender liner back a little and unhook the foglight harness. Do the same thing you did here on the other side. Now go underneath the bumper were you locate two brackets. Using a 10mm take off the bolt that is holding each one of these brackets. Pop the hood open and you will locate around 8 bolts that holds the top part of the bumper.
