Martian Mixtape's 4.0 cancelled update (kinda) restored

In this video i'll only be showing the songs that were added or noticeably changed, the rest are just chart changes and some song event changes (I may make a video of those seperately if i wanna). I wanted ever since the update was cancelled to implement as much scrapped and unused stuff as I could into the mod, as well as changing some charts and events a bit. This was a fun side project to learn coding in that I would work a bit on every week, but as time went on I didn't have as much motivation to do the stuff I wanted to do as I used to.
