BOSE Sub2 Roller Case Wheel fails

I've been a BOSE fan for years, great gear and very reliable. However the same can not be said for the design and make of the roller case for the BOSE Sub2 roller case. I've had one from the day I bought the Sub2, and then a second because the first one's wheels gave up. Now the second case at approx 12 months old has the same issue the wheel axles just give up.. The case gets used to go to a venue 4 nights a week 52 weeks a year. Using a pair of these at a time would dictate that I have to buy replacement bags every year at $325 / £250 / €300 each. I have enquired as there are visibly easy fixing points for these to be replaced but BOSE don't sell the corner unit replacements - only new bags. Is that right, fair or the honorable way to treat god customers? I am NOT asking for warranty coverage as these units as BOSE warranty does not cover wear and tear or commercial use (https://assets.bosecreative.com/m/220f656d...) and these units have clearly had fair wear and tear BUT I would expect BOSE to be able to supply spares for users to fix issues out of warranty.
