At Youpal we have a recruiting team for hiring consultants all around the globe. The process is complex and usually it's not enough engaging for the candidates causing frustration not only to them but also to the recruiters. We decided to leverage all the capabilities that Mautic offers in order to create an engaging process where both, candidates and recruiters, could have a good experience at the same time we generate enough data to measure the process success.
