Use only food grade waterglass solution, sodium-based, 35 %. 2. Mix one part WG solution with 9 parts previously boiled and cooled tap water (chlorine free) to get a 3,5 % brine. 3. Place fresh, crack-free eggs (bloom intact) in a container and cover them completely with the brine, at least 3 to 4 cm. 4. Cover the container with a lid, store it cool and dark. 5. Leave the eggs in the solution until use, and rinse each before cooking. For a sour and flavoured pickled egg preservation, you normally take hard boiled and pealed eggs and use a vinagar-spice brine. This recipe is only for informational purposes 😉 --- Disclaimer: The methods shown are for educational purposes. These recipes and compounds are not necessarily fit for structural building use but act as an entry point into the world of inorganic chemistry and geopolymers. They can be used as a basis to develop commercial building materials. Please note that formulations used commercially are usually kept as trade secrets and would be extremely costly to acquire ---
