finally got around to using her early access demo!! i rlly like her :3 but she DEF needs improvement. hope the final version is even more improved; she'd be a solid lineup. (...also i put the cat meme in at the part when they sing about the kitty teehee) ------------------- So long as we're collecting feedback, i have a few notes on my experience tuning V6 EA: LIKES: She's really clear to understand, especially in her low range?? She sounds like the spirit of V2 with the tech of V4X -- which is kinda perfect ngl. happy to see less nasal SP / NT! Easy to work with when your focus is NOT naturalness. You gotta lean into the robot. DISLIKES: Had trouble finding her in the editor at first - she's a V6:AI bank and doesn't show up as installed among the rest on a regular track. this was my first time tuning w/ V6:AI and -- coming from SynthV -- the options are more limites and i DON'T like it. especially since Crypton rlly values her robotic sound, i'd rlly love to see a standard bank released alongside the release of the rest She is REALLY snappy (until she's not) and likes to transition between notes prematurely. I had to manually tune her transitions to keep her in line. Ironically, using Robot Voice fixed this, but at the expense of vibrato etc. she can't sound normal. when u try to go for a natural sound, it all just falls apart. They're supposedly going to make her have separate voice banks for different languages instead of all in the AI bank and personally I think this is an eeeeeeeeeh move? It'll just drive up her price and file sizes cus they can say 'includes 50 voicebanks'.
